Gleddoch, one of the most prestigious hotel, golf and spa resorts located in Renfrewshire is recruiting a Health Club & Spa Leisure Attendant to join our existing fabulous team. Our Imperia Spa has just benefited from an extensive refurbishment making it one of the most luxurious in the West of Scotland.

Every day is different working within our Imperia Spa team allows you to meet some amazing people whilst allowing you to be part of a large and vibrant department.

As our Health Club & Spa Leisure Attendant you will be responsible for providing a high standard of service to our clients, guests & members and maintaining an excellent standard or cleanliness throughout our Imperia Spa.

The main responsibilities of Health Club & Spa Leisure Attendant are:

· You will be responsible for both opening and closing our Spa and gym facilities you will do this following the daily opening and closing procedure.

· Maintaining impeccable cleanliness levels by carrying out specific cleaning tasks on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis.

· Monitor pool water quality by carrying out testing throughout the day and take action accordingly.

· Ensure chemicals are stored and applied safely.

· Ensure the safe operation of premises and equipment.

· Handle membership and spa availability enquiries professionally and enthusiastically to increase sales effectively.

· Provide guests with exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure they have a memorable experience.

· Support our reception team during peak times throughout the day.

· To understand and carry out the departmental operating procedures & emergency action plans, and report/correct shortfalls immediately.

· Attend refresher pool plant training and pool responder training.

· Support our poolside team by taking orders from spa guests and helping distribute orders quickly.

· Liaise with the Leisure Supervisor and Spa & Leisure Manager daily and carry out any reasonable request.

· Undergo training to gain a good knowledge of spa treatments, times and packages.
