Control Room Operator - Operations Control Centre

Who we are:

Since 1985, we have established a great reputation for the quality of our services, which has helped us to become one of the leading security companies. The OCC (Operations Control Centre) is the central hub that provides twenty-four hours a day, proactive monitoring, and alarm activation response.

Reports to:

Shift Supervisor and/or Control Room Operations Manager

Responsibilities: (Duties to include but not limited to)

Monitoring, Activations & Administration

o Residential and commercial

o Oversee alarm activations, alarm resets

o Provide basic technical support

o Site attendance – Keyholding

o Reporting and logging of incidents/occurrences

o Fault reporting

o Provide support on installations and walk tests

o Liaise with engineers, clients, partner agencies and internal departments

o Data input and formulating reports

o Ensure logs and customer databases are up to date

o Understanding and compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) & The Data Protection Act 2018

Qualifications & Experience:

SIA CCTV – (required)

Driving Licence (required)

SIA Door Supervisor – Frontline (preferable)

A year’s Control Room experience (preferable)

Schedule:

06:00-18:00. Monday-Sunday average 48 hours per week (minimum)

18:00-06:00. Monday-Sunday average 48 hours per week (minimum)

Benefits & Pay:

Holiday: 20 days 1st year, then 1 extra day per year, up to 25 days

Annual Attendance Bonus (based on no sick leave)
