The Role
As a Warehouse Pick/Pack Operative, you’ll play a key part in our busy team – picking and packing orders accurately and quickly to keep our customers delighted. You’ll also support across other warehouse tasks such as stock replenishment, goods-in and returns when needed.

Contract & Hours – What You Need to Know
- Guaranteed minimum of 22.5 hours (3 days) every week
- Availability required for up to 37.5 hours (5 days)
- Rota confirmed and shared 2 weeks in advance so you know your working and non working days

About You
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who thrive in a fast-paced environment:
- Aged 18 or over
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg and use step ladders safely
- Comfortable working with mobile scanners and handling data entry
- Target-driven, accurate, and organised
- Friendly, cooperative team player
- Flexible and dependable – especially around peak trading times
