Company Overview

Corporate Trade Supplies (CTS) is a leader in the supply chain and logistics industry, dedicated to providing a diverse range of personal protective equipment (PPE), corporate branded clothing, and promotional products to businesses across the UK.
We are a rapidly growing logistics company looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our key warehouse shifts. This role is critical to ensuring our products are processed, stored, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Nightshift Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and motivating a team of warehouse opperatives, including delegation of tasks, performance management, and continuous coaching.
Overseeing all daily shift operations, including inbound receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
Monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and meet operational targets.
Ensuring strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Managing shift labour and resources effectively to meet the workload demand.
Collaborating with other Managers at site to ensure smooth transition between shifts.
Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.

What You'll Bring

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and material handling equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
Proven ability to interpret data and use metrics to drive performance improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
A firm commitment to creating a positive and inclusive team culture.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements
Capacity to work nights
