Full job description

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Butcher / Butchery Assistant to join our busy production team. This is a full-time position involving a variety of shifts between Monday and Sunday. You will play a key role in preparing high-quality meat products for our retail counter and supplying 10 stores across the Mid-Ulster area.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and portioning meats to a high standard
Packaging and labelling products accurately
Ensuring proper stock rotation and stock control
Assisting with order preparation and management
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a butchery environment is desirable but not essential
A keen interest in butchery and food production
Willingness to learn and develop new skills (full training provided)
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
