Dental Receptionist – Full Time

Location: West Bromwich
Hours: Full-time
Working Hours:

Monday: 08:30am – 05:45pm
Tuesday: 08:30am – 07:45pm
Wednesday: 08:30am – 05:45pm
Thursday: 08:30am – 05:45pm
Friday: 08:15am – 04:15pm

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The Role

We are seeking an organised, confident, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring their experience is positive from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming, professional service
Manage appointments, recalls, and the daily diary efficiently
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient queries
Process payments and NHS/private paperwork accurately
Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records
Support clinicians and the wider team with administrative tasks

About You

Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role required with knowledge of SOE software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Confident using dental or medical software
Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
