Company Overview

Dontaur Engineering Limited is a family-owned business established in 1976, dedicated to supplying detailed components, assemblies, and kits for the Aerospace and Transport Industries. Our expertise includes advanced machining processes such as 3, 4, and 5 axis milling, multi-axis turning, grinding, thread rolling, and assembly using aluminium, steel, titanium, inconel and more.

Job Summary

Learning to safely operate CNC machinery
Assisting in the manufacture of precision engineered components
Reading and understanding engineering drawings
Using precision measuring and inspection equipment
Learning modern manufacturing techniques and engineering processes
Supporting engineers with day-to-day workshop activities
Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment

Criteria

You don't need previous experience – full training will be provided.

We're looking for people who:

Have Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above
Have an interest in engineering, manufacturing or technology
Enjoy practical, hands-on work
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Are reliable, punctual and motivated
Work well as part of a team
Want to build a long-term career in engineering

School leavers, college students and anyone looking to begin a career in engineering are encouraged to apply.
