Property Administrator (Part-Time)
15 Hours per Week | Office Based | Spread Across 3 Days
Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

Work West Enterprise Agency is seeking an organised and proactive Property Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our busy commercial enterprise centre in West Belfast.

The successful candidate will play a key role in property and tenant administration, assisting with unit lettings, tenant liaison, maintenance coordination, compliance records, invoicing support and general office administration.

Essential Criteria

· Third level qualification.

· Experience of working within a commercial property environment.

· Excellent working knowledge of IT applications, including property management software.

Benefits

· Competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro rata).

· Employer pension contribution of up to 6%, matched by the employee.

This is an office-based position working 15 hours per week across 3 days.
