The role of Forklift Operator:

Ensuring all material movements are carried out in a timely manner, keeping production efficient and to a high standard
Move, load, unload, and stack goods within warehouses
Checking deliveries
Maintaining accurate stock records
Good knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
Work efficiently as part of a team
Maintain a clean and organised working environment

The ideal Forklift Operator:

Proven experience within a factory or workshop environment
Sound knowledge of forklift maintenance and safety checks
RTITB counterbalance licence
Full clean driving licence
Ability to multitask with outstanding time management and communication skills
Flexibility and self-motivation
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a noisy environment
