Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including branding, web design, and multimedia content, contributing to the overall visual communication strategy of our organisation.

Duties

Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website elements.
Design and develop user interfaces (UI) for websites and applications using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce cohesive visual narratives that enhance brand recognition.
Utilise programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW to produce high-quality graphics.
Develop animations and video content using Adobe After Effects and video editing software to support multimedia campaigns.
Manage content within content management systems like WordPress and optimise web designs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Conduct photography shoots as needed to generate original visual assets.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimised for various digital platforms.
Stay current with industry trends in digital design, UI/UX principles, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, and multimedia projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), and basic web development principles.
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe After Effects or similar programmes.
Strong understanding of branding strategies and digital marketing concepts.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients and team members.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles using tools like InVision or Adobe XD.
Additional skills in photography, content management systems, or marketing will be considered advantageous.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. This role offers an engaging environment where creativity meets strategic thinking—ideal for a passionate designer eager to make a significant impact through innovative visual solutions.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
