Multi-Trade Plasterer Required

Location: Cheshire & North West

HSP is a growing construction company delivering high-quality residential, heritage, refurbishment and commercial projects throughout Cheshire, North Wales and the North West.

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term employment with a well-established and professional construction company.

The Role

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of plastering and general building works across a range of projects.

Typical duties will include:

Skimming and plastering walls and ceilings.
Patch repairs and making good.
Boarding and dry lining.
Ceiling repairs and replacements.
Dot and dab systems.
Rendering works.
General maintenance and refurbishment works.
Multi-trade tasks including basic joinery, tiling, decorating and repairs where required.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

Proven experience as a plasterer.
Strong all-round multi-trade skills.
Ability to work independently and from drawings or specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and finish quality.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS Card.
Own hand tools.

Desirable

NVQ qualification in Plastering or a related trade.
Experience working within occupied residential properties.
Experience with heritage and refurbishment projects.
First Aid qualification.
