Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or events.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
