Studio B is a fast-growing Creative Studio with a global audience of 25 million+ followers. We create high-impact digital content for some of the world’s biggest brands, blending social-first storytelling, production craft, and VFX to make work that performs across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and beyond.
This isn't an entry-level production role. We're looking for someone who already understands how creative agencies, studios and production companies operate, and who is ready to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of projects from day one. We're at an exciting stage of growth, so you'll be proactive, highly organised and comfortable working with autonomy, bringing structure and momentum to a fast-moving environment where processes are still evolving. You'll naturally spot gaps, solve problems, anticipate challenges and keep projects moving without extensive oversight, while working closely with our Producers to help shape exciting content from concept through to delivery for leading brands seen by millions around the world.
You'll join a collaborative, ambitious team that's passionate about creativity, production and great work. This role offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, work closely with experienced Producers, and develop towards a Producer role yourself.
You’ll run the day-to-day delivery of projects, while the Producer leads on overall strategy, client relationships, and final sign-off:
Project Delivery - Own the day-to-day running of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, feedback rounds and key milestones stay on track from brief through to final delivery.
Production Planning - Build and maintain schedules, call sheets, trackers and production documentation. Ensure projects are set up for success and proactively identify risks, gaps and potential blockers before they impact delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. Join client calls, provide project updates, manage feedback rounds, chase approvals and ensure actions are followed through. Escalate risks and issues to Producers where required.
Creative Development - Contribute to brainstorms and work closely with creative teams to help develop concepts into practical, achievable production plans, treatments and shoot approaches.
Budget Management - Prepare draft budgets, manage quotes, track spend and support Producers in maintaining project profitability and commercial oversight.
VFX & Post-Production Coordination - Coordinate VFX-led projects through post-production, managing feedback rounds, approvals, deadlines and delivery requirements. Ensure information flows clearly between clients, creatives, editors, artists and Producers throughout the process.
Shoot & Talent Coordination - Coordinate talent, crew, locations, suppliers, kit and logistics to ensure productions are delivered smoothly and professionally.
Team Collaboration - Work closely with Producers, Creatives, Editors, Production Assistants and freelancers to keep projects moving and ensure everyone has what they need to deliver their best work.
You have 3+ years' experience in a production environment, ideally within a creative agency, social content studio, production company or similar fast-paced setting.
You have experience working on VFX-led content and a strong understanding of post-production workflows, feedback cycles and delivery processes.
You have a strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows across pre-production, production and post-production.
You understand how agencies, clients and creative teams operate and can confidently manage relationships across all three.
You're highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
You're proactive and self-sufficient, able to quickly understand what's needed and take ownership without requiring constant direction.
You're solutions-focused and enjoy problem solving, approaching challenges with a practical mindset and a willingness to find a way forward.
You thrive in busy environments and know how to bring structure, organisation and clarity to multiple moving projects.
You're comfortable operating in a growing business where priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving.
You anticipate challenges before they arise, identify gaps, and take action to keep projects moving.
You're confident in managing timelines, stakeholders, feedback and competing priorities simultaneously.
You're calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and can be relied upon to follow through on the details.
You're looking to take the next step in your production career and develop towards becoming a Producer.
Quickly build an understanding of Studio B's clients, workflows and ways of working.
Take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of active projects.
Bring structure and organisation to a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying risks and solving problems.
Build strong relationships with clients, freelancers and internal teams, becoming a trusted point of contact.
Operate with increasing autonomy, giving Producers confidence that project details are being handled and nothing is falling through the cracks.
