Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team. Whether you have previous hospitality experience or are looking to start a career in the pub industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and customer areas
Restock bar supplies and assist with cellar or stock duties where required
Follow licensing laws, health & safety, and food hygiene procedures
Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with customers
Ability to work well in a busy environment and under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
