We're looking for a passionate Sports Therapist or Sports Massage Therapist to join our growing Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting patients beyond rehabilitation, helping them maintain their progress, prevent future injuries and continue enjoying active, healthy lives.
You'll work closely with our Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation team, becoming an important part of our patients' ongoing health and wellbeing journey.
The Role
Working within our multidisciplinary clinic, you will:
- Deliver high-quality sports massage and soft tissue therapy treatments
- Support patients transitioning from rehabilitation into long-term maintenance care
- Build trusted, professional relationships with patients through regular treatment programmes
- Help improve mobility, recovery, performance and overall wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Clinicians on shared care plans
- Identify when patients would benefit from further rehabilitation or referral to other clinic services
- Contribute to an exceptional patient experience from first appointment through to long-term wellbeing support
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a qualification in Sports Therapy, Sports Massage or a related discipline
- Has excellent hands-on treatment skills
- Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and supporting their ongoing wellbeing
- Is confident working independently while collaborating within a wider clinical team
- Has a genuine passion for helping people stay active, healthy and pain-free
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and service
Desirable
- Level 4 Sports Massage qualification
- Experience working within a private healthcare setting
- Strength & Conditioning or rehabilitation experience
- Experience treating sports injuries and active individuals
- Interest in patient education and health promotion
