With our Headquarters based in Wigan, Greater Manchester, we are growing our teams across the northwest in response to demand for our services across Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire.

Our multi-disciplinary teams are locally based, locally knowledgeable experts and leads in their own communities. Creating local expert teams ensures our training, accessibility and support offers foster a culture of belonging and create bespoke local solutions, valued highly by our partners and commissioners.

In the role of Lead Facilitator you will:

Develop, deliver and evaluate training programmes alongside lived experience experts across our Happy Smiles Training projects and training workshops, and team, within the resources and timescale provided
Ensure delivery of outputs and outcomes that meet and exceed client, customer and stakeholder requirements.
Skilfully deliver innovative training, whilst ensuring lived experience experts feel empowered to co-deliver high quality training and projects.
Supporting our dynamic training teams, providing line management support to lived experience trainers and work coaches.
Support the Training Manager and Senior Facilitator with staff training and meetings to ensure communication always remains effective and transparent.
Working as part of the training team, the Lead Facilitator will ensure all administrative, data and evaluation processes are sought and stored in line with GDPR.

We have a range of hours available from 15 hours to 22.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) which can be discussed at interview.

Please note you must be a driver with have access to a car with the will to travel across the Northwest region to apply for this role.
