Full job description

Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Concierge to join our team in Enfield. Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

This key role involves managing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the site while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.

You will be responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and presentation of the building, as well as efficiently handling all enquiries and requests.

There are approx. 200 flats within the building, Phase 1 are all sold flats and Phase 2 are all rented properties.

Duties

Greet and assist residents, visitors, and contractors in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
Take calls from residents, address their queries, and provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Ensure all requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
Provide access to contractors and guide them around the building as needed.
Ensure the overall safety and security of the site by monitoring and reporting any suspicious activity or concerns to management.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all areas on site, ensuring they remain tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Regularly check lifts, emergency lights, fire doors, meter cupboards and vent system.
Report any maintenance issues to management through our app ‘Snapfix’

Requirements

Previous experience in a residential site setting, ideally in a concierge or security role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently, using initiative, while also following instructions and established procedures.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling situations with professionalism and calm.
A strong commitment to maintaining a high standard of service and site safety.
