Job Summary

Parklands Services is a building company located in Wigan, carrying out Reactive Maintenance & Planned Work across the North West. We are looking for an experienced Building Refurbishment Working Site Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure that work is carried out according to the project plan and schedule.
To ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Law.
To supervise site personnel, work activities and resources to meet the requirements of the designated contract.
To manage the works to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirements.
To coordinate tasks, manage the delivery of materials and equipment, and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
To maintain regular communication with clients, architects, engineers, and senior management.
To keep accurate records of site activities

Qualifications:

SSSTS

Job Type

Permanent / full-time position

8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday

8am - 3:30pm, Friday

Please note, hours may vary depending on requirements.

Requirements

Driving Licence
Current CSCS card
Positive / can-do attitude
Ability to problem solve
Take pride in workmanship
Excellent communication skills
