Deputy Baby Room Lead (Under 2's Room)
Pay: £28,912.00
Full-Time | All-Year-Round – 32 hours over 4 days or 40 hours over 5 days
Join Our Team as Deputy Baby Room Lead (Under 2's Room)
At Little Pearls Nursery, everything we do begins and ends with the children. For over 8 years, we've nurtured a warm, natural, and deeply respectful environment where little ones are truly seen, heard, and celebrated.
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Deputy Baby Room Lead to support the leadership of our Under 2's Room. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career while continuing to provide exceptional care for babies.
Our Baby Room cares for children under 2 years, where secure attachments, responsive caregiving and meaningful interactions lay the foundations for lifelong learning. You'll work closely with the Baby Room Lead to create a calm, nurturing environment where every baby feels safe, loved and encouraged to explore at their own pace.
If you're passionate about infant development, enjoy supporting colleagues, and want to grow your leadership skills within a supportive nursery, we'd love to hear from you.
