Garden Maintenance Operative / Landscaper

Location: Exeter & surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time (part-time considered)

About Us

We are a growing, professional garden maintenance and landscaping company working on high-quality residential properties across Exeter and surrounding areas.

We take pride in delivering a reliable, high-standard service—this is not quick, rushed work.

The Role

You’ll be working as part of a small team carrying out a range of garden maintenance and landscaping tasks, including:

Grass cutting and lawn care
Hedge cutting and pruning
Weeding and general garden upkeep
Planting and soft landscaping
Assisting with patios, fencing, and other landscaping work
Using tools and machinery safely (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
Keeping sites clean, tidy, and professional

Important

This is a physically demanding, outdoor role in all weather conditions.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and takes pride in their work.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred
Full UK driving licence (ideal but not essential)
Strong work ethic and good timekeeping
Ability to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
