Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate aesthetician to provide Botox and fillers etc. at our very busy, centrally located salon in Holt.

As aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing high quality beauty treatments and services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall client experience through exceptional customer service and expertise in various beauty technics.

We are happy to consider any specialism ie reflexology, tattooing etc.

This job is based on a rent a chair and we open Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of aesthectic services.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored advice on beauty products and services.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Manage appointments effectively, ensuring timely service delivery while accommodating client schedules.
Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share beauty tips, and engage with clients online.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling client inquiries or bookings.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery during busy periods.
Organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage appointments effectively.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
Experience in social media management is preferred for promoting salon services.
