Full job description

Handyman / Multi-Trader (Subcontractor) – Immediate Start

We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman/multi-trader on a self-employed subcontractor basis to join our growing property maintenance team covering the Portsmouth area.

The role will involve a variety of works including:

Painting and decorating
Wall and floor tiling
General property repairs
Basic carpentry and maintenance
Making good and snagging works
Day-to-day maintenance across residential properties

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance
Competent in painting, tiling and general repairs
Own van, tools and transport essential
Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently
Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
Reliable, professional and punctual

Regular work available for the right person with an immediate start.

No time wasters. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can be trusted to complete jobs to a high standard.
