Summary

R Collard is looking for a bright and ambitious Cashbook and Credit Controller to join their friendly team in Eversley. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail orientated professional who enjoys building strong relationships, reducing debtor days, and supporting business cash flow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Post bank and cash transactions
Reconcile cash books
Process payments and BACS uploads
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
Chasing overdue debts via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
Resolving invoice queries and payment disputes efficiently.
Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts.
Producing aged debt reports and providing regular updates to management.
Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Cashbook Controller or Accounts Receivable role
Confident managing high-volume collections activity
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to build effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
Competent user of Microsoft Excel and finance systems (EvoMX desirable)
Experience working within an SME environment would be advantageous
Full driving licence
Competetive salary depending on experience

Pay: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
