Full job description

Arthur Sleep is a bespoke London shoemaker with a Mayfair boutique and a newly operational manufacturing facility in North London (N18). We make exceptional footwear for an international clientele, including collaborations with some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands.

We are now expanding our team and want to hear from skilled shoemakers across the following disciplines:

The Roles

Closers and sewing machine operators - skilled in stitching uppers, with experience on industrial post-bed, flatbed, or cylinder-arm machines
Pattern cutters and pattern makers - able to translate designs into production-ready patterns, whether by hand or using CAD
Finishers - edge trimming, burnishing, sole finishing, and the detailed work that defines a quality shoe
CNC and digital manufacturing operators - experience operating CNC routers, laser cutters, or other digital fabrication equipment used in last-making or component production

Whether your background is in high-volume factory production, traditional bench-made work, or digital manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
