Multiple Locations across East Anglia

40 Hours per week

Are you a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer ready for your next challenge? At Gasway, we’re looking for a Commercial Engineer to join our team. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to play a vital role in maintaining safe, reliable heating systems for homes and businesses across East Anglia. If you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:

Deliver high-quality, cost-effective servicing, maintenance, and repairs across commercial and sheltered housing properties
Ensure full compliance with Gas Safe and OFTEC regulations
Issue safety certificates and maintain accurate service records
Manage stock levels efficiently and liaise with approved suppliers
Take part in an on-call rota, providing essential emergency support when it’s needed most

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a team environment:

Essential:

Commercial gas qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, COCATA1, CDGA1, CIGA1)
Proven experience servicing and repairing commercial gas systems
Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
Domestic gas qualifications
OFTEC (oil) qualifications
Experience with renewable technologies

You’ll also bring:

Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work independently and under pressure
Confidence using IT systems
A solid understanding of health & safety standards
