We are the largest independent multi-Manufacturer Camera Repair & Calibration service in the United Kingdom, respected by some of the world’s leading electrical brands for our dedication, commitment, and passion. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer phone calls, emails, serving on the shop counter and dealing with other enquiries
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Logistics / dispatch of small parcels Royal Mail - DPD
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient telephone manner
- Customer service or customer support experience
