Full job description

We're looking for an ambitious Chef who wants to take the next step into becoming a head chef.

Head chef experience not requires but kitchen experience of 2 years minimum is.

Three Dollar Bill is a fast-growing American restaurant serving Detroit-style pizza, smash burgers, mac & cheese, and comfort food done properly. We're building something bigger than a single site, and we're looking for a chef who wants to help us scale.

This role is perfect for a talented chef who is hungry to learn, develop, and grow into a senior leadership position as the company expands.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the kitchen team and service
Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
Training and developing junior kitchen staff
Managing stock, ordering, and food cost controls
Improving kitchen systems and efficiency
Working directly with ownership on menu development
Helping create operational systems that can be rolled out across future locations

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
Strong leadership skills and positive attitude
Passion for American comfort food and pizza
High standards and attention to detail
Commercial awareness and understanding of kitchen KPIs
Someone who wants a long-term career, not just their next job
Ambitious, driven, and excited by the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand
