Job description

We are currently looking for a Transport Coordinator to join Sovini Trade Supplies, part of The Sovini Group.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to incoming calls and emails for the Transport department, providing timely support.
Maintain accurate journey planning, transport diaries, and departmental records.
Coordinate and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Liaise with contractors to arrange repairs and inspections.
Complete general administrative tasks and support the Delivery Supervisor as required.
Accurately process transactions using the BISTRACK system in line with company guidelines.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Work towards performance targets and contribute to wider business objectives.
Promote equality, diversity, and inclusive working practices.
Complete required training, coursework, and development activities to a high standard.
