Full-time: 4- 5 days per week (32-40 hours)
Part-time: 8-24 hours per week (weekends available) - we can tailor shifts for the right candidate

About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Café Assistant to join our busy, fast-paced, and friendly team.
This is an ideal role for students, parents, or anyone looking for daytime hospitality work - with no late nights.
We believe in putting the right people in the right place at the right time. Depending on your strengths, you may rotate between:
- Hosting children’s birthday parties (mainly weekends)
- Assisting in the café and serving customers
- Supporting the kitchen with food preparation
No two days will be the same, so flexibility, energy, and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and engaging with customers - making their day is your #1 mission
- Supporting kitchen operations and food preparation
- Becoming a confident Barista (full training provided)
- Using the till, restocking, pot washing, general café duties
- Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and email
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the centre
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or kitchens is desirable but not essential
- A friendly, positive, “can-do” mindset
- A reliable team player with strong attention to detail
- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Pride in delivering memorable experiences for families
