Our London team is growing. We're looking for an experienced Ocean & Air Import Operations Coordinator to join Dolphin (UK office). Please share with anyone who may be interested.

We're Hiring – Experienced Ocean & Air Import Operations Coordinator

Dolphin UK office is seeking an experienced Ocean & Air Import Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Teddington, London.

We are looking for a motivated freight forwarding professional with a strong background in international transportation and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage ocean and air import shipments from origin to final delivery
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service with clients and customs and suppliers
Support customer retention and business development efforts
Maintain complete and accurate shipment files

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of Ocean and/or Air Import Operations experience with a freight forwarding company, especially rich experience to work with shipping line's haulage service
Strong understanding of import documentation from customs clearance to end deliveries
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience with freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office
