We are currently seeking passionate, professional, and guest-focused Spa & Wellbeing Therapists to join our growing Glasgow team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern wellness environment where wellbeing, hospitality, and team culture are at the centre of everything we do.

About the Role

As a Spa & Wellbeing Therapist, you will deliver exceptional treatments and personalised wellness experiences while creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure.

You will work within a supportive and high-performing team focused on excellence, wellbeing, and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver face and body treatments to the highest professional standards
Carry out thorough guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
Create personalised and memorable guest experiences
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa
Support smooth day-to-day spa operations and guest flow
Promote treatments, memberships, and retail products confidently and professionally
Work collaboratively with the wider spa and wellbeing team
Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
Support achievement of spa KPI targets through guest engagement and upselling

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Spa Therapist with recognised industry certifications
Previous experience within a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
Strong massage and treatment knowledge
Passion for holistic wellbeing and guest care
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
