About Us

We are a growing Trade Only Supplier passionate about building long-term, trust-based relationships with landscape professionals across the UK. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated, personable, and resourceful individual to join our supportive sales team. If you are customer-focused, keen to learn, and eager to develop your career in a relaxed and friendly environment, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for our trade customers, supporting them with technical advice, sales enquiries and after-sales care. You will also play a key role in identifying and onboarding new customers, helping us to grow our client base within the landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities

Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
Processing quotes and orders through telephone, email and our company website
Providing technical product advice and after-sales support
Onboarding new customers
Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers
Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
Developing a thorough understanding of our product range

What We Are Looking For

Strong verbal and written communication skills
A confident and personable telephone manner
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
Happy to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
A background or interest in landscaping, horticulture or trade supply is desirable but not essential
