Full job description

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Oakham Practice on a part time basis. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role can be either 24 or 32 hours per week - please note the practice is open until 8pm so there will be later shifts and Saturday shifts included. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
