Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in various manual tasks related to landscape maintenance, construction, and general site upkeep. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in horticulture, gardening, and the use of power tools, while contributing to diverse projects across different environments. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work setting.

Duties

Assisting with landscape , block paving , slabbing, brickwork , fencing.
Operating hand tools such as spades, rakes, and shovels to prepare sites for planting or construction
Using power tools and machinery including excavators and irrigation systems under supervision
Supporting construction activities by moving materials, digging trenches, and assisting with site preparation
Maintaining equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency on-site
Performing general site cleaning and organisation to uphold health and safety standards
Assisting with horticultural tasks such as planting, watering, and soil preparation
Supporting maintenance activities across various projects as required

Skills

Experience or knowledge in landscape and construction labouring
Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and gardening tasks
Ability to perform physical labour including lifting, digging, and operating machinery safely
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining equipment and work areas
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites or outdoor work environments

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking practical experience in landscaping, construction, or maintenance fields. All positions are paid accordingly.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
