Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with applicants and a knack for administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Experience is essential.

Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of residential and properties, ensuring high standards of communications with vendors and applicants.
Handling enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Prepare and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue for each property.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new vendors and retain existing ones.
Ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations.
Foster positive relationships with vendors, addressing their needs while promoting a sense of community.

Requirements

Proven experience in property sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in administrative tasks, including record keeping and report preparation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
