Full job description

We are looking for a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities across a range of roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who enjoys managing multiple priorities and improving recruitment processes.

Key Duties:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring vacancies progress smoothly and key deadlines are met.
Manage recruitment systems, job adverts, candidate records, interview scheduling, screening calls, reference checks and offer administration.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responding to recruitment enquiries.
Support hiring managers with recruitment processes, templates, guidance and interview coordination.
Maintain and improve recruitment documentation, trackers, templates and workflows to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
Assist with onboarding activities, HR projects and wider people operations initiatives as required.

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in recruitment, HR or people operations.
Experience supporting recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident using HR systems and digital tools such as BambooHR, Google Workspace or similar.
Able to work independently, solve problems and identify process improvements.
