Salary: £40,314 to £42,816 (plus 6.5% market rate uplift) + access to vehicle

As a Maintenance Operative kitchen/bathroom fitter on our planned works programme you will be joining our maintenance team and dedicated team of installers in providing a comprehensive kitchen replacement programme to the community and partnered clients.
Candidate Profile
You will be values driven and focused on delivering a great service. A successful Kitchen/Bathroom Fitter will bring the following key skills and/or experience to the role:
- NVQ level 2 in carpentry or equivalent
- NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent
- Competent Plastering
- Competent Tiling
- Previous experience as a kitchen fitter or multi-trade undertaking first and second fix kitchen installation works.
- Able to measure, quantify and specify works.
- Ability to use a handheld device i.e. personal digital assistant (PDA)
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability every day to work with BVT’s values
- Full driving licence.
- Basic DBS check
