With offices in London, Glasgow, and Manchester, your base can be flexible depending on your location.

The Role
Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for world-class sporting events? Can you see yourself selling unforgettable entertainment experiences worldwide?

As a New Business Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of generating new revenue through a proactive outbound sales approach. You’ll identify new business opportunities using platforms like LinkedIn, attend key industry events, and engage decision-makers through high-volume outbound cold calling. Working closely with your New Business Manager, you’ll uncover untapped opportunities, follow up on warm leads, and present tailored event solutions from Corinthian’s premium portfolio, all while thriving in a high-energy telesales and outbound sales environment.

Package

Year 1: £30,000 – £50,000 OTE

Year 2: £50,000 – £70,000 OTE

£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission – the more you sell, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

· Identify Opportunities: Use LinkedIn, research tools, and market insight to source and connect with key decision-makers.

· Grow Client Base: Nurture existing B2B accounts while expanding our portfolio through proactive outreach and outbound cold calling.

· Pitch & Close Deals: Deliver tailored presentations, negotiate confidently, and convert leads into long-term clients.

· Collaborate on Sales Strategy: Work closely with the New Business Manager to unlock new opportunities and maximise conversion.

· Manage Your Pipeline: Stay organised with daily follow-ups, accurate CRM updates, and timely responses to enquiries.

· Handle Payments: Monitor deposits and support clients to ensure smooth, timely transactions.

· Build Your Career: Receive regular coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing support to exceed KPIs and progress professionally.

What You’ll Bring

· New Business Focus: Proven ability to source and generate new business using LinkedIn, research, and proactive outbound cold calling.

· Sales Performance: Confidence handling inbound enquiries, pitching tailored event solutions, and working towards ambitious sales targets.

· Collaboration & Growth: A team-first attitude, working closely with your New Business Manager to expand the client base.

· Client Engagement: Willingness to attend occasional client meetings and industry events to build lasting relationships.

· Pipeline & Payments Management: Strong organisational skills to follow up on leads, track deposits, and ensure smooth client journeys.

· Sales-Driven Mindset: Competitive, resilient, self-motivated, and financially driven with a strong desire to succeed.
