Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be proficient with office software, and demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career in a dynamic environment. Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems
Schedule appointments and organise lessons efficiently
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office,
Assist with invoicing,
Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
Ensure the reception & retail area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations

Requirements:

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Friendly,

Demonstrated phone etiquette and enjoys talking

Pay: £12.71 per hour
