Looking for something a little different? This is a fantastic opportunity as you’ll be working in a dual role across Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, placing you at the heart of employee growth and talent success.

What will I do?

Taking ownership of the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS) as well as
Helping to drive impactful learning initiatives across the organisation
Coordinating training programmes and maintaining accurate learning records
Taking the lead on the onboarding journey for new starters across the group, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to the business
Internal contractual amendments and supporting employees through internal career moves

Is this the role for me?

Strong admin and coordination skills
High attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to multi-task
Experience in the use of various IT software and systems – excellent MS Office and Excel skills and HR, payroll, ATS, LMS and CMS experience
