Spa Therapist – Yorkshire Spa Retreat

Salary: £13.65 an hour + gratuities

Part time and Full time roles available

Hours: 10 – 6:30pm

Join our growing spa and be a part of Good Spa Guides Best Boutique Spa, enjoy a friendly and stress-free atmosphere with brand new state of the art facilities, beautifully designed treatments and a supportive management team to be there for you every step of the way. We pride ourselves on having a positive work atmosphere as well as delivering a 5* service to all our wonderful clients. Here at the Yorkshire Spa Retreat we are passionate about well-being and all things Spa, that of course includes looking after our Therapy team and ensuring your physical comfort is a priority throughout all our ultra- relaxing treatments.

Benefits of working within the Spa

· Thorough training by encouraging staff members, to ensure you are confident and happy performing all our ‘Tribe517’ treatments.

· Friendly and supportive management team.

· Tips monthly (received after successfully passing your three month probationary period)

· 15-minute turn over in between every treatment to ensure you are never rushed and your schedule runs smoothly.

· No deep tissue or firm massage. Tribe treatments are designed with the therapist's wellbeing in mind.

· No twilight shifts.

· 20% employee discount to enjoy with friends and family within the Spa and the dome restaurant.

· Beautifully designed, comfortable, spacious, and brand-new treatment cabins for you to work within.

About you

· Extremely reliable

· Level 2 & 3 qualification in beauty therapy or have relevant qualifications to certify you to work within a Spa.

· Passionate about Spa and client wellbeing

· Able to create a relaxing, 5* atmosphere throughout all your treatments.

· Have adequate experience working within the Spa industry or have a strong capability to adapt to a Spa atmosphere.

· Presentable and professional always

· Excellent communication skills

Salary: £13.65 per hour

Terms and Conditions

Contract Type: This is a full-time permanent role, on the receipt of successful references, completion of a 6 month probationary period.
Salary: £13.65 per hour
Hours: 16-40 hours per week, the role will involve working weekends
Holidays: 12.07% of your working hours
Pension: This is an Auto Enrollment Workplace Pension
