About Us: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Practice Manager to oversee an independently owned, mixed dental practices in Brighton.

Remuneration: Competitive, based on experience and skillset

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate the practice team to deliver outstanding dental care services.
Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with the Clinical Team to ensure adherence to General Dental Council (GDC) and Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, maintaining first-class patient care standards.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practices, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of CQC requirements and ensure the practice meets all compliance standards.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both patients and staff to enhance the practice environment.
Diary Management: Effectively manage dentist schedules to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction.
Staff Supervision: Be fully aware of staff duties and responsibilities, providing guidance and support as needed.
Reputation Growth: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the practice's reputation and attract new patients.
Customer Focus: Maintain a personable, positive, and enthusiastic approach with a strong focus on customer service.
Organizational Skills: Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
IT Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Qualifications and Skills:

CQC Registration: Essential.
Experience: Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager is preferred.
Leadership: Proven management or leadership experience.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professionalism: A friendly and professional manner with an appreciation for the importance of timely, complete, and accurate documentation.
