About Us
We are a well-established specialist high-end construction company delivering exceptional projects across the South East. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Lead to join our friendly, hardworking team.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of high-end construction projects from initial instruction through to completion, managing them end to end and being the person clients trust to make it happen.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be in the office, out on site, solving problems, communicating with clients and keeping multiple projects running smoothly. - Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Ensure projects remain on programme and within budget
- Identify risks early and implement practical solutions before they become bigger issues
- Organise materials, plant and labour requirements
- Produce and maintain project programmes and records
- Manage variations and communicate any changes clearly to clients
- Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety legislation and CDM regulations
- Conduct quality inspections throughout each project
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and contractors
- Ensure every project is handed over to an exceptional standard
