Job Title: Workshop Operative - Prehung
Salary: £12.86-14 per hour, plus quarterly 5% bonus
Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4pm (40 hours per week)

Job Purpose: To assist in the overall production and despatch of customer orders occurring within the Prehung line.
Responsibilities
- To assist with general workshop production, including unwrapping and re-packaging of the doors, door sets, sorting deliveries by placing them in the appropriate bins, and checking details on labels to ensure that they are correctly sorted.
- Checking for damaged or missing items.
- Operating a range of woodworking machines.
- Assembly to specification.
- Conduct regular perpetual stock takes in the warehouse.
- Will be required to move stock around by hand, using lifting gear or a forklift truck.
- General warehouse duties including housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and H&S of the site is always maintained.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience working within a warehouse or production environment is beneficial.
- Heavy lifting and manual handling are required.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team focus.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, listening and communication skills.
- A calm, level-headed approach, working well under pressure.
