Position: Site Labour – Residential Development

Location: Oxford – 55 Randolph Street, OX4 1YA

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to support day-to-day operations on our residential development project in Oxford.

The successful candidate will assist the Site Manager and subcontractors in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment on site.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assisting tradespeople and subcontractors on site

· Loading and unloading materials and deliveries

· Moving materials and equipment around site

· Maintaining site cleanliness and housekeeping

· Assisting with general construction and labouring duties

· Following health & safety procedures at all times

· Supporting site setup and security

· Reporting any health & safety concerns to the Site Manager

· Carrying out any other reasonable duties instructed by the Site Manager

Requirements

Previous construction site experience preferred
Valid CSCS Card preferred
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Awareness of site health & safety requirements

Working Hours

Typical working hours are:

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Subject to project requirements.

Salary / Rate

Self-employed / CIS basis
Day rate: £100-150 gross per day
Weekly or monthly payment subject to invoice/timesheet approval

Project Details

Randolph Street, Oxford (2026): Two townhouses, six flats located to the south-east of Oxford City centre. 5,688 sq ft.

8th June 2026
