Archiving Assistant
Contract Duration: 4-8 weeks
39 hours per week - 08.50-17.00
Monday-Friday

Uxbridge

What you will be doing:

scanning and data input in the Buying / Archiving Department
Upload physical archiving e.g. documents and plans, various sized documents ranging from A4-A0
Will be able to separate documents and prepare for scanning e.g. the removal of bindings / staples
Be able to navigate the scanning software
Check the documents scanned against the originals
Upload the documents onto ViewPoint
Make sure the documents are correctly labelled with a detailed description on ViewPoint within the correct folder.
Dispose of the scanned and uploaded physical documents in the shredding bins.

About You:

Be a positive, team-player. Work well within the team and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Be organised, methodical and work to time pressures
Have a good understanding of how to use IT, inputting data and how to scan documents
This job is physical, as you will be expected to move documents / archiving boxes / dispose of scanned documents - within the safe manual handling limits
