About Sterling Wealth

Sterling Wealth Limited is an independent financial planning firm delivering expert advice in pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our director team and help drive the business forward.

The Role

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and enjoys working closely with senior leaders. As Executive Assistant, you will work directly with our directors to protect their capacity for high-value client-facing and decision-making activity — taking ownership of coordination, administration, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with directors on a day-to-day basis to support the smooth delivery of financial advice
Managing and organising director diaries, scheduling client appointments and meetings
Preparing client-facing documentation and materials ahead of adviser appointments
Following up on post-appointment administration and ensuring cases are progressed efficiently
Acting as a key point of liaison with clients — handling queries, arranging appointments, and managing communications professionally
Handing over documentation and case notes to the administration team at appropriate stages
Supporting the directors with a wide variety of tasks as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an executive assistant, PA, or senior administrative role — ideally within professional services environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
High level of attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
Proficient with business software and digital tools
Discreet and professional at all times
