Full job description

We are currently recruiting a high calibre full-time [36.25hrs per week] Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team during our busy summer period. The role is Monday to Friday 8:55am – 5.10pm

Main duties will include:

Providing a professional and efficient customer service to our Academic/Photography customers
Dealing with customer incoming calls in a timely manner and updating the system accordingly
Managing all enquiries accurately, keeping customers informed on the progress of their orders
Processing customer emails on a daily basis, sending professional replies within expected time scales
Approaching all administrative duties with an organised manner completing each job efficiently
Working with other departments to achieve the best outcome, ensuring any issues are resolved
Motivated to gain experience in all areas of the Customer Service department, embracing team work
Support with training the departments temporary employees during seasonal periods

To be considered for this position, you must:

Great communication skills, alongside the ability to listen to customer needs
Have a good telephone manner
Proficient in IT packages
Be solutions orientated
Have an organised, consistent approach with an enthusiastic, positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times
Be able to work independently and well with others with a team player attitude
Be able to work in a fast pace environment
