Full job description

Join our family-run Devon butchery, working with quality livestock from local farmers and serving our local community with pride.

We are a family-run butchery business committed to supporting local farmers and providing our customers with high-quality, locally sourced meat. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Retail Butchers to join our friendly team in our Axminster and Honiton Shops.

What We Offer

Competitive pay (dependent on experience)
Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cut and present high-quality meat products
Provide excellent customer service with product knowledge.
Maintain attractive, well-stocked displays
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Keep work areas clean and organised
Work effectively as part of a close-knit team
Support training of junior staff as needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous retail butchery experience preferred. We welcome applications from experienced butchers looking for a new opportunity
