Full job description

Porta Romana is an English company, based in Farnham, Surrey. Our brand is synonymous with luxury lighting and furniture, supplying many of the most prestigious hotel, yachts, and residential projects around the world. The Porta Romana team is around 120 employees, based either in Farnham or at our London showroom. All our product development, casting, decorative finishing, assembly, and wiring work is undertaken in-house, and we also work with many other skilled artisans around the UK and beyond, to create pieces for our collection.

Based in our Farnham head office, we are currently looking for a bright and engaging person to join our busy and dynamic Sales Support Team.

This is a full time, permanent and on site role.

No previous experience is necessary but a willingness to learn is essential.

What you will do:

· Handle inbound sales and customer service enquiries

· Account handler to our worldwide partners

· Build strong relationships with our clients

· Use our CRM System to record activity and process sales orders

· Work closely with other departments to provide feedback and ideas

· Attend and contribute to regular team meetings

What you will need:

· Great communication skills with a confident, friendly telephone manner

· Excellent communication skills

· Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to work to tight deadlines

· Ability to multitask

· Enjoy working as part of a team

· To be flexible, adaptable and able to manage conflicting priorities

· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages and ideally experience of CRM software.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: 9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday

Location: Northbrook Industrial Estate, Farnham, Surrey GU10 5EU
